Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Hadith Organics currently ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Processing times may occasionally be longer during unusually high order volume or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Transit and delivery

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather events, service disruptions and other circumstances may affect delivery after an order leaves our possession.

When tracking is available, the tracking information provided by the carrier should be used for the most current delivery status.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at support@hadith-organics.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
