Returns & Refunds

Standard returns

Unopened and unused products may be requested for return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be unused and the original tamper-evident seal must remain intact.

To request a return, email support@hadith-organics.com with your order number before sending the product back.

Opened products

Because black seed oil is an edible product, opened or used products are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns.

This restriction does not prevent you from contacting us about a product that arrived damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for return shipping on approved standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Hadith Organics does not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.

If a return is required because an order arrived damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, and the issue is confirmed by Hadith Organics, we may provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution.

Damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or contains the wrong item.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A clear photograph of the shipping box.
• A clear photograph of the shipping label.
• Photographs of the bottle, cap and tamper seal.
• Photographs showing the damage, leakage or incorrect item.

Please keep the product and packaging until the claim has been reviewed unless keeping them would be unsafe.

How verified damage claims are resolved

When practical, an approved damage or fulfillment claim will normally be resolved by replacing the affected product.

If replacement is unavailable or inappropriate, we may instead issue a refund to the original payment method or provide another reasonable resolution.

A claim does not automatically result in a refund. Claims are reviewed using the order information, photographs and other available documentation.

Claim integrity

Hadith Organics may decline claims that cannot reasonably be verified or that show evidence of intentional damage, misuse, tampering, misrepresentation or repeated abuse of the claims process.

Refund timing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is generally processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Your bank, card issuer or other financial institution may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued.
